    HI,
I am a career counselor who is trying to help an employee who has a passion and aspiration to be a cook/chef but cannot dedicate his life to it full time right now because he needs to work at a job so he can obtain a steady income. How can he get experience as a cook on a part time, evening basis? Your feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hello – We currently own a very successful bar and grill called 520 in West Bellevue. We are starting our 11th year in this location and will be opening a new restaurant in the Lincoln Square expansion in West Bellevue at the bottom of the W Hotel. We are looking to hire a new team for our Back of the House and thought we would reach out to you to see if you had any students you thought might be interested in applying. It will be an upscale restaurant and bar that caters healthy creative dishes to our local high-end clientele. We are not only at the bottom of the new W hotel, but also next door to the Westin and next door to the new Amazon tower. We are looking to hire a chef and a team that can create amazing food. If you would like to meet or discuss this further we would love to have the opportunity to help you place some of your graduates. Please feel free to respond either by email or cell phone 425-864-7083.

I look forward to seeing if we can help each other.
    Randi
